In this role, you’ll work independently and collaboratively with our team to bring our marketing initiatives to life, ensuring Old Yale Brewing continues to make waves in the craft beer community. **About the role**: Reporting to The PERA Group’s Brand & Marketing Strategist, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Team and the extended Old Yale Brewing Team. As our Marketing Lead, you’ll be the key driver of day-to-day execution, leading by example and supporting the team to deliver exceptional results. - “This role offers flexibility with the potential for some remote work; however, regular in-person collaboration at our brewery is an integral part of the position and can be discussed based on individual needs”_ **Responsibilities**: + Day-to-Day Execution: Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing Strategist to support the implementation of marketing plans and ensure smooth execution of ongoing initiatives + Campaign Management: Transform ideas into actionable marketing programs and oversee their daily execution to deliver top-notch results. + Brand Consistency: Ensure Old Yale Brewing’s brand standards are maintained across all touchpoints, supporting the team in delivering cohesive messaging and visuals. + Market Insights: Gather and share market insights to help shape creative campaigns and identify opportunities for innovation. +Asset Creation: Lead the production of marketing materials, including campaign creatives, product launches, and promotional content. +Team Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Hospitality, and Production teams to align marketing activities with business needs and priorities. +Brand Engagement: Execute initiatives to enhance brand awareness, foster customer loyalty, and support product sales growth. +Performance Tracking: Support ongoing monitoring and reporting by tracking key metrics and sharing insights with the team + Budget Oversight: Assist in managing marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize impact. + Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with liquor laws and regulations in all marketing efforts. + Hands-On Leadership: Step in as needed to tackle tasks directly, ensuring projects move forward smoothly and efficiently. **Skills and Qualifications** + 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role + Post-secondary degree / diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience + Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite of Tools including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator considered an asset + A proven ability to create compelling brand content and campaigns + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + A keen attention to detail and stickler for brand standards + Self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment + Collaborative and positive team leader with excellent time management skills + Exemplary time management skills and an ability to work within a continually evolving environment **Perks of the role**: This full-time, exempt position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional growth during your time with us.
