IT Trainer for Sharepoint, Service Now and Genesys

ITI Canada is looking for:
**1 FTE contractor

The estimated time frame is a 1 month contract **from asap to approx. June 8th**. (this will be approx.. 8 hours per day. 3 days a week)

It is estimated that the trainer will be trained and do minor edits to the materials up to April 30th. You will provide face to face training the week(s) of May 1 to 5th and possibly again May 8th to 12th (the final schedule has not been completed)

Approach:
Format: Provide End User Training. The IT Trainer will be presented with “train the trainer” style training. The contracts will receive this learning from our clients trainers and then be expected to deliver that training to 50 new end users.

i. There is an expectation that this will be delivered in a face-to-face classroom style. Location will be Victoria, B.C..

Materials: The majority of the materials will be created (they may need slight augmentation or tweaking based on their style of delivery).

Target Audience: New IT staff will be the recipients of there training (they will have some IT background)

Qualifications:
i. Experience delivering end user training focused on IT systems.

ii. Experience developing training materials

iii. Nice to have - experience with Sharepoint, ServiceNow and Genesys Contact Center Systems

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $100.00-$135.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
