Factory Outlet Trailers is Western Canada's Largest Trailer Dealer. As we continue to grow, we are looking to add talented Digital Marketing Specialist to our team. We are looking to grow our team with people who share our energy and enthusiasm for creating the best experience for our customers. This is a full-time role at our High River AB location.

A successful Digital Marketing Specialist must have a GROWTH Mindset, be a quick learner, have keen eye to attention to detail, and ability to write creative compelling content. This position will be part of our marketing team and will strategically plan, manage, and execute paid search, social and media campaigns. This role will also manage retargeting efforts, display ads, analytics, and review, as well as other media efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, develop, launch and manage multiple campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook and various digital channels while improving revenue efficiency.
- Test and analyze to identify optimization opportunities across multiple campaign types including bidding, targeting, creative, settings, account structure, A/B testing and more.
- Creative artwork design and creation.
- Track, analyze and report results to rapidly scale successful campaigns and learnings using Multiple Analytical Tools
- Manage and track campaign budgets based on performance, estimate monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies as needed.
- Manage and create effective funneling and auto response campaigns
- Support Marketing Team as required
- Perform administrative tasks as required
- Help Create Community and ensure our brand(s) are recognized

Here’s what you bring:

- Previous Experience with search and social network experience managing paid campaigns on Google, Facebook and other networks.
- Experience and knowledge using Google Analytics
- Excellent verbal and written communication and cross-functional skills to assist Marketing Team where needed
- Punctual and reliable
- Willingness to growth both inside and out of work
- Experience with Adobe Suite

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
