We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Service Manager to lead our fixed operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the service department to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency
- Supervise, coach, and support service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Maintain and grow service department profitability through effective scheduling, upselling, and productivity improvements
- Ensure compliance with GM standards and warranty procedures
- Handle customer concerns and work toward timely resolutions
- Monitor department KPIs including CSI, RO counts, technician productivity, and gross profit
- Collaborate with Parts and Sales departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- In-depth knowledge of automotive repair processes and dealership operations
- Proficient with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
