**Paladin Security is Hiring a Security Guard**:
Paladin Security Group is looking for reliable, professional, and motivated individuals to join our team as Security Guards at Belleville General Hospital. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in healthcare security while building a foundation for a long-term career in law enforcement or protective services.
Belleville, ON | Part-Time | $18.94/hour
**What You’ll Do**:

- Conduct proactive and reactive security patrols
- Respond to incidents and provide assistance as needed
- Write detailed reports and investigate routine incidents
- Enforce parking, smoking, and other by-laws
- Promote policy awareness and enforcement
- Perform additional duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
**Must Have Criteria**:

- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C certification
- Proof of minimum double COVID-19 vaccination
- Immunization records: MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), Varicella, and TB Skin Tests (Step 1 & 2)
- Valid G License and reliable working vehicle in good repair
- Ability to commute to Kingston for pre-deployment training
- Ability to site-train at all 4 QHC facilities (Belleville, Trenton, Picton, Bancroft)
- Must be or be able to become N95 Mask Fit tested
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Legally authorized to work in Canada

**Nice to Have (Optional)**:

- Certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and/or Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB)
- Willingness to complete Paladin’s UoF/MOAB training program if not already certified
- Commitment to remain in the position for at least 6 months following training
