**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to observe and record activities within the premises.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting thorough investigations as necessary.
- Enforce property rules and regulations while providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff.
- Document all incidents, observations, and irregularities in detailed reports for management review.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required to ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Conduct regular inspections of security systems and equipment to ensure proper functionality.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in loss prevention or security roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with law enforcement practices is a plus.
- Proficient in the use of surveillance technology, including CCTV systems.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure situations.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
