Do you have leadership skills and enjoy working in a dynamic environment? **Choices Market’s South Surrey** location is looking for an enthusiastic **Deli Lead Hand** to help oversee our deli department and deliver an exceptional shopping experience

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Lead & Support the Team**: Oversee daily operations, direct workflow, and ensure smooth department functioning.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Engage with customers, provide recommendations, and ensure prompt, friendly service.
- **Product & Merchandising**: Order, receive, and merchandise deli products efficiently as directed by store management.
- **Food Preparation**: Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold food items, ensuring quality and consistency.
- **Stock & Inventory**: Keep deli cases well-stocked, maintain freshness, and follow proper rotation practices.
- **Equipment & Safety**: Operate kitchen appliances safely and comply with OH&S policies.
- **Cash Handling**: Run a till when needed to serve customers efficiently.
- **Clean & Organize**: Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace and retail area.

Pay: From $19.25 per hour
