We are looking for a nurse to join our team as **a part-time Clinical Nursing Supervisor** **during office hours (8:00-4:30pm) **for Classic LifeCare’s Vancouver branch. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering clinical supervision. You will be part of a collaborative team of dedicated, passionate professionals supporting the delivery of home care services.

The role:

- Employee and client engagement.
- Orientation, training and mentoring of employees.
- Developing programs in line with Classic LifeCare’s culture and Accreditation Canada’s home support standards.
- Influencing and engaging in home care delivery systems.
- Collaborating on assessments and implementation of person-centred care plans

The check list:

- Current LPN registration with the BCCNM with up to date First Aid & CPR.
- Wound care experience an asset but not required.
- Strong communication, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Able to build effective working relationships with other professionals, family members, and organizations to ensure services are in the client’s best interest and supportive of their goals.
- Proficiency in computer skills such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft word, Powerpoint and Teams
- Valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation (must be willing to drive within the Greater Vancouver area)
- People and community focused
- Ability to contribute to the development of services at Classic based on your own unique strengths and interests.
- Availability can be discussed upon interview - days and times can be flexible.
