**Job Type**: Full-Time (Peak Season), Part-Time Potential (Off-Season)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Management & Ordering** - Maintain stock levels, place orders with suppliers, and ensure timely restocking of products.
- **Sales Oversight** - Assist customers, oversee sales strategies, and ensure excellent customer service in the showroom. Help to build relationships outside the showroom.
- **Staff Scheduling & Management** - Create staff schedules, oversee employee performance, and manage day-to-day HR tasks.
- **Showroom Presence** - Engage with customers, provide expert product recommendations, and uphold a high standard of in-store experience.
- **Daily Operations** - Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including handling inquiries, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. Ensure complete communication with ownership on a daily basis.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Previous experience in retail, operations, or management.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Passion for outdoor spaces, grilling, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work full-time during peak season and part-time in the off-season.
