**About me**:I have been a Desjardins insurance agent since 1998. I previously worked for two agents prior to opening my own agency in King City in Oct 2007. I pride myself on providing value-added, remarkable and a memorable client experience. My goal is to help people protect assets and preserve wealth. My passion for helping families and giving back to my community is the reason I do what I do. I reside in King Township with my husband and son and I love the small town feel that the community embraces. My agency provides insurance for Auto, Home, Business, Life, Disability, Critical Illness and Vehicle Loan needs. Experience matters. And it matters most when reviewing insurance needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

**Job Requirements**:

- Professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong communication and verbal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Active and responsible team member.
- Ability to take orders.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to communicate with managers.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma.
- 2 years of experience doing office work.
- Knowledge of financial documents.
- Ability to use computer software and ease with communication technology.
- Experience with operations/ customer service.
- Second language is a plus.
- Continuous desire to improve.
- It's a requirement to obtain an OTL.
