Our facility features a comprehensive range of veterinary specialties, cutting-edge diagnostics, and advanced treatments to provide exceptional care for animals. With a multidisciplinary team and access to technologies like MRI, CT scans, hyperbaric chambers, and rehabilitation tools, we ensure the best outcomes for patients. Our hospital includes eight operating rooms, 12 exam rooms, an education center, a gym, and a 6,000 sq. ft. indoor equine arena. Founded on compassion and respect for all animals, King Animal Hospital is committed to setting new standards in veterinary care.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at King Animal Hospital in King City, ON. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns with efficiency and professionalism, scheduling appointments, managing client communications, and processing billing transactions. The representative will ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a welcoming and professional hospital environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support, with the ability to handle client interactions in a polite and professional manner
  • Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering positive Customer Experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing schedules and processing transactions accurately
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and compassionate environment
  • Experience in the veterinary or animal care field is a plus
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and other customer service tools is advantageous
