Distribution Services Coordinator
**Why you’ll love this role**:
The Distribution Services Coordinator provides support to our distribution partners by ensuring partner contracting and/or compensation records are kept up to date.
**What you’ll be working on**:
- Key point of contact with distribution partners.- Provides prompt and courteous resolution of enquiries from distribution partners and customers through verbal and/or written communication and may be required to make outbound calls to external clients and distribution partners- Applies critical thinking to screen contracts and related documents to meet established service levels, some of which will be in French and ensures compliance, contractual and regulatory standards are met- Enters and maintains data into multiple administration systems; review and analyze data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies; ensure database is updated and validated with correct information and produce data reports- Investigates and analyzes simple to complex cases and escalates if required- Provides support to multiple teams to provide business requirements for and test scenarios for projects, product launches and system maintenance releases; validate that the changes made, have made a positive enhancement to the user experience
**What you’ll need to have**:
- Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent experience-
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks- Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills- Attention to detail/accuracy- Well developed communication skills- Well developed customer relations skills- Ability to work independently and as a team member
**It would be nice for you to have**:
- Knowledge of distribution channels- 2+ years work experience in the financial services industry or the insurance industry
