Customer Service/receptionist

**Appliance Canada**is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our Ottawa team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues related to Major Appliance Purchases. Bilingualism (French) will be given priority consideration.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Scheduling deliveries
- Order deficiencies, return/exchange management
- Informing customers of product or parts back orders, or substitutions if required
- Providing a weekly report on the status of customers cases back to your assigned rep
- Arranging installation
- Placing service calls
- Other duties as directed by Appliance Canada
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in English and French will be given priority consideration
- Background in Major Appliances is considered an asset
- High school education or higher
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
