As our In-House Litigation Counsel, you’ll be at the forefront of managing legal risks, protecting client relationships, and ensuring our contracts are executed with precision. **What You'll Do**:
- **Client Interaction & Negotiation**:Work directly with clients to finalize and sign agreements. Resolve disputes and ensure smooth business operations by negotiating favorable resolutions.
- **Strategic Leadership**:Take charge of contract dispute negotiations and enforcement actions, driving outcomes with confidence and authority.
- **Contract Compliance**:Expertly navigate complex commercial contract disputes, ensuring our agreements are executed in full compliance.
- **Enforcement & Collection**:Lead strategic efforts in judgment enforcement and effective debt collection, safeguarding SRED.io’s interests.
**What You Bring**:
- **In-House Legal Experience**:Proven track record as part of an in-house legal team, with a sharp focus on commercial contracts and civil enforcement that leads to resolution without litigation but is ready to take a firm stance when needed.
- **Keen Eye for Detail**:Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills—your files are as tight as your legal strategies.
- **Independence & Leadership**:You’re a strategic thinker who takes ownership and leads decisively, both in the boardroom and in action.
- **Communication Mastery**: You know how to articulate complex legal strategies. Negotiate clearly and persuasively with clients to foster good will and long term relationships.
