As our In-House Litigation Counsel, you will play a critical role in working with our clients to ensure smooth operations and adherence to our engagement contracts. This position is ideal for a junior to intermediate lawyer looking to leverage their legal expertise in a dynamic business environment
**What You’ll Do**:

- Directly interacting with clients with objective of negotiating resolutions.
- Lead negotiations and enforcement actions with a firm, informed hand.
- Navigate the complexities of contract disputes and ensure compliance.
- Implement robust strategies for judgment enforcement and effective collection.

**What It Takes**:

- Proven experience as part of an in-house legal team, with a strong focus on commercial contracts and civil enforcement.
- Exceptional attention to detail, logical thinking, and organizational skills—your files are as tight as your arguments.
- Independence and decisiveness; you’re a leader in the boardroom and a strategist at heart.
- Excellent communication skills—you articulate strategies and outcomes clearly and persuasively.
