**Job Requirements**:

- Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints to assemble electrical components and systems according to specifications.
- Mount electrical components onto panels or enclosures, ensuring proper alignment and connection.
- Wire electrical systems, following industry standards and safety regulations.
- Perform testing and troubleshooting of electrical assemblies to ensure functionality and quality.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify and resolve any issues or design improvements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Adhere to project schedules and meet production targets.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical or vocational training in electrical assembly is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Electrical Assembler or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring techniques.
- Familiarity with electrical tools, meters, and testing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including schematics and diagrams.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

**Hours of Work**:
Full time, Second Shift, 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday with possible overtime.

**Working Conditions and Hazards**:
Normal plant, shop, field or office conditions. From time to time, slightly disagreeable features. Negligible or no exposure.
