Junior Test Automation Specialist / Spécialiste en automatisation des tests Junior

This role has been designed as ‘’Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

**Who We Are**:

- Developing Python scripts to optimize the manual execution of tests such as: API, UI (Selenium), Mobile (Appium), Cloud (AWS)
- Running and analyzing the results of automated tests
- Installing and configuring new test equipment (Access Point, Router/Gateway, Switch, etc.)
- Deploying new tools such as: Docker, Jenkins, XRay
- Analyzing and reviewing specifications for the development of new features

**Requirements**:

- 2 years of experience in development with Python or another object-oriented language
- Experience with API, UI, or Mobile test development (Android or iOS)
- Basic experience with Linux
- Interest in Cloud technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent

**Assets**:

- AWS Certification
- CWNA/CCNA/CCNP Certification
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies (802.11) and wired networking
- Experience with testing and automation tools

- Ability to organize and plan work
- Ability to work independently when necessary
- Ability to innovate and demonstrate team spirit

**Spécialiste en automatisation des tests Junior**
- Développer des scripts en Python afin d’optimiser l’exécution manuelle des tests tels que: API, UI (Selenium), Mobile (Appium), Cloud (AWS)
- Exécuter et analyser les résultats des tests automatisés
- Installer et configurer de nouveaux équipements de test (Point d’accès, Routeur/Passerelle, Commutateur, etc)
- Déployer de nouveaux outils tel que: Docker, Jenkins, XRay
- Analyser et réviser des spécifications pour le développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités

**Exigences**:

- 2 ans d'expérience en développement avec Python ou un autre language orienté objet
- Expérience avec le développement de test API, UI ou Mobile (Android ou iOS)
- Expérience de base avec Linux
- Intérêt pour le Cloud
- Baccalauréat en Génie Logiciel, Génie Électrique, Technologie de l’Information, ou équivalent.

**Atout**:

- Certification AWS
- Certification CWNA/CCNA/CCNP
- Connaissance des technologies Wi-Fi (802.11) et réseau filaire
- Expérience avec des outils de test et d'automatisation

**Canada Pay Range Requirement**

CAD Annual Salary: $77,200.00 - $143,400.00
