We are seeking dedicated Community Health Care Workers to join our community home care support team to assist clients in their home

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains professional relationships and communication with Clients, family members/significant others, team members, etc.
- Maintains documents as per Client care plan.
- Assist is all aspects of client care.
- Participates in the multi-tasking concept.
- Supports the vision, mission and value statements; guiding principles; philosophy of care, etc.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Resident Care/Health Care Assistant Certificate and active Registry number
- Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Vehicle
- Clear Criminal Record Check
- Proof of Vaccination Status
- Knowledge of relevant equipment such as but not limited to lifts, slings, scales, etc.
- Ability to clearly and objectively communicate (verbally and in written format) in English
- Physical and mental ability to carry out duties

Registered Health Care Aide

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

**Salary**: From $25.05 per hour
