About Us:
We are a busy and growing rehabilitation clinic dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a friendly bilingual (Farsi and English), organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out processes
- Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments
- Utilize Universal Scheduling
- Maintain and organize patient files (create new files, file documents, etc.)
- Support marketing efforts and follow up on website leads
- Use Word and Excel for administrative tasks and documentation

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a medical or rehab clinic preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Customer service-oriented and professional demeanor

Knowing and understanding Turkish language is a plus.
