**About the Role**

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Team Lead to join our growing company This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills who also loves connecting with customers and motivating a team. As a Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in supporting store operations, leading by example on the sales floor, and helping your team succeed.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead by example through outstanding customer service and sales
- Support, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve goals
- Handle daily store operations, including opening and closing
- Assist with scheduling and shift coverage
- Maintain store appearance, restocking, and merchandising standards
- Accurately process sales and handle cash/deposits as required
- Communicate effectively with the District Manager to ensure smooth operations

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous retail or leadership experience is an asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A positive, reliable, and supportive team player
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
