As the Bookkeeper, you will be assisting with office administration duties. You will provide general bookkeeping services; ensure that all financial data is recorded accurately and on time within Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company policy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with logging information and tracking both project and corporate activities.
- Post journal entries and supporting work papers and documentation.
- Maintain, create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Prepare statistical, financial and accounting reports.
- Assistance with some project specific administrative duties such as placing orders, filling out forms etc.
- Assist with any other similar administrative and office activities as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date employee vacation records.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience performing similar duties.
- College or university education.
- Great memory and organizational skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and Excel.
- Self Motivated and able to work independently.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Has experience in a small office environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
