Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Clean designated areas using appropriate cleaning methods
- Perform heavy cleaning tasks and handle cleaning chemicals safely
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for cleaning purposes
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within deadlines
- Perform commercial cleaning duties in various settings
- Handle custodial duties efficiently
- Maintain equipment

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning (experience is a strong asset, but not a deal breaker)
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks (nothing over 50lbs)
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for cleaning purposes
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients professionally
- Punctual
- Presents themselves with confidence
- Able to problem solve effectively
- Prior WHMIS certification an asset
