**Location**: Warehouse Sale
**Reports to**: Warehouse Sale Manager
**Supervises**: Warehouse Sales Associate
As a Warehouse Shift Leader you are an integral part of your warehouse operations by taking an active role in directing work during shifts and assuming responsibility of the warehouse while acting as the Manager on Duty. You will be directing a team of dedicated people committed to creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers. By optimizing sales and participating in achieving the goals of the Warehouse Sale, you will be strengthening Kitchen Stuff Plus’ position as a leader in the housewares market.
**Stuff you’ll do**:
- Supervise and direct warehouse operations in the areas of customer service, merchandising, housekeeping standards, shipping and receiving and health and safety
- Manage and delegate tasks to Warehouse Associates and provide support to drive productivity and achieve service and sales goals
- Mentor and guide Warehouse Associates to ensure they are well trained and capable of performing assigned tasks and providing service
- Provide exceptional and responsive customer service while achieving sales and conversion goals
- Evaluate and continuously improve the quality of service; investigate, resolve and escalate customer matters as appropriate
- Maintain knowledge of product selection and location
- Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory and warehouse procedures
- Supervise and direct shipping and receiving operations
- Perform other directives as assigned

- Computer skills; ability to learn technological systems with ease
- Leadership skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
- Availability must include extended days, evenings and weekends
- Work additional shifts during peak holiday season
- Lift up to 40lbs
- Ladder use to 10 feet
- Stand/walk for 8 hours
