**About us**

Quality Sterling Group is a contract flooring company located in Vaughan, ON L4H 0L8. We do business in Ontario, British Colombia, Alberta, and Nova Scotia. We specialize in all Contract Flooring installation needs including Carpet, Tile, and hard surfaces (hardwood, laminate and vinyl). Our reputation for quality workmanship, timely installation, and competitive pricing has been a proud hallmark throughout our over 40 years of service.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- 6:30am
- 3:30pm
- Some overtime may be required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Organize warehouse shelves and racks.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Unpack, sort, and verify products received.
- Pick and Pack items for shipment.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Ensure Warehouse cleanliness and Organization are to standards.
- Assist other team members as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in warehouse operations including shipping and receiving.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced and certified counterbalance forklift operator.
- Verbal and written communication skills.

**Other**:

- Vehicle availability would be considered an asset.
- Experience in Tile and/or Hardwood Flooring would be considered an asset.
- Some heavy lifting is required, up to 50lbs.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaughan, ON L4H 0L8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)
