**Job Summary**
- Updates logistics records throughout the day ensuring accuracy and attention to detail is in place.
- Files daily reports and submits to necessary persons.
- Main contact for all drivers throughout dispatch working hours.
- Communication provided to necessary parties regarding any issues on the road or reported by staff to dispatch.
- Notice to management and townships on any expected delays.
- Completes and sends driver reports to townships and management for each day.
- Tracking of problem addresses to ensure collection is mitigated.
- GPS software used for street coverage to ensure full collection is in place.
- GPS software used to track and aid in collection of data to improve productivity for the company.
- Deals with township/resident missed collection complaints: Investigation into complaint, collected when appropriate, township is updated.
- Other communication duties may be assigned as position grows within the companyOther duties and tasks as assigned
- Alternative and additional administrative and/or miscellaneous duties may be assigned when required. This includes some items listed below and more etc:

- Assist as a _**Scale House Operator**_ on rotational base at the _**TransferStation**_
- Conduct other miscellaneous errands and tasks (eg Runner) as needed
- More tasks will be discussed, as they come up, and will align with current responsibilities
- Other duties and tasks as assigned

**Operational Hours**
- Monday to Friday with flexible hours (7am - 5pm)_
- Saturday (7am - 12)_

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
