Job Summary

Adalia Care - Health Support & Family Services is growing in Winnipeg. We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and caring individuals to join our home care and family support team. Our goal is to provide meaningful care that feels like family supporting seniors, youth, and families in the community with respect and dignity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with daily living tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
- Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and engagement.
- Support light meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met.
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment.
- Monitor client well-being and report any changes to the supervisor or coordinator.
- Assist individuals with dementia, physical disabilities, or youth in family support roles.
- Work collaboratively with families and care professionals to deliver personalized support.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in home care, community support, or assisted living (preferred).
- Ability to handle mobility assistance and light lifting safely.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and compassion.
- CPR / First Aid Certification
- Must reside in Winnipeg and be able to travel to client locations.

Pay: $17.23-$22.52 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 30 per week
