**POSTE DE DÉBARDEUR**

Le débardeur est responsable des travaux manuels liés au chargement et déchargement des navires et des camions ainsi qu'à l'entreposage du matériel. Selon ses classifications, il peut être appelé à opérer de la machinerie (chariot élévateur, chargeur sur roues et grue de navire) afin de mener à bien les opérations d'arrimage, de manutention et d'entreposage du matériel.

**HORAIRE DE TRAVAIL**

L'horaire de travail est variable et requiert d'être disponible sur appel. Le nombre d'heures par semaine peut varier entre 0 et plus de 40 heures, selon la charge de travail. En cumulant les heures et l'ancienneté, vous serez appelé à travailler plus régulièrement.

- Une formation en compagnonnage et plusieurs formations sur la machinerie et en santé et sécurité du travail;
- Une rémunération horaire débutant à 27,94 $;

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
- **Capacité à travailler sur appel avec des horaires variés sur différents quarts de travail (jour, soir, nuit, fin de semaine);**:

- Intérêt pour le travail manuel à l'extérieur, sur le quai et dans les cales des navires;
- Posséder de l'expérience comme journalier. L'expérience sur chariot élévateur ou autre machinerie peut constituer un atout;
- Avoir une bonne condition physique.
