**Position Summary**: This position is to oversee a team of A/P Administrators and ensure the process flow of invoices and payments are in adherence to Accounts Payable Policy and Procedure. The Team Lead will assist members in best practices and work with Supervisor, Accounts Payable to instill best practices.

**Responsibilities**:
**Invoice Process**
- Management of processing and payment of operation & capital expenditures
- Management of processing and payment of utility bills
- Management of processing and payment of corporate expenditures out of scope
- Oversee month end accruals for Corporate/Marketing/IT

**Vendor Process**
- Support staff and resolve vendor issues

**Concur Travel & Expense**
- Process the approved Vendor Master requests to set-up/delete employees in Concur
- Maintain all tables and matrix in Concur system in line with SADP
- Review the Concur quarterly reporting
- Arrange training for new employees on Concur and provide assistance, if required
- Contact Concur for inquiries on banking or escalated matters

**Other**
- Assist in quarterly and annual audit requirements
- Assist in SAP/system testing and documentation
- Assist in other duties assigned by AP Manager and or Controller

**Qualifications**
- Assist in quarterly and annual audit requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Proficiency with SAP, MS Excel, MS Word, and Quick Books
- System migration experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
