This role coordinates the shipping and movement of commodities by rail in the most efficient manner, thereby relieving logístical duties from Traders and expediting the execution of contractual commitments.

**Your day-to-day activities will include**:

- Ensure Precise Execution of Contractual Commitments;
- Communicate with Merchants/Terminals/Country and align action plan with shipping needs;
- Communicate with external customers to discuss & assess shipping/scheduling needs;
- Responsible for administrative components (i.e. weigh slips, invoices, bills of lading, etc.);
- Ensure the timely completion of vessels and learn to calculate dem/des.;
- Work with Merchant group to determine rate structure requirements to maximize both sales margin and volume;
- Generate monthly rate analysis reports to compare against benchmarked rates;
- Become familiar with trading documents, trade execution and payment terms.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous administrative experience;
- Knowledge of logístical processes and supply chain management;
- Knowledge of the agricultural industry is considered an asset;
- Terminology associated with agriculture, logistics and movement of goods;
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and high proficiency in Excel).
