**The Regional Sales Coordinator will be responsible for**:

- Provide administrative and sales support to the Sales Departments of the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel, Vancouver Airport Marriott Hotel and Hilton Vancouver Airport Hotel.
- Receive calls, qualify and forward them to the appropriate person.
- Greet clients as they arrive at the Sales Office and assist them with any inquiries.
- Generate and manage daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting.
- Update systems with new information as required.
- Assist the Sales Executives with leads, proposals, contracts, and any projects they may require help with.
- Collaborate and provide support on social media initiatives including online reputation management (TripAdvisor, Yelp, etc.), content creation and social customer service.
- All other duties assigned by the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing and Regional Director of Sales.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience with CI/TY would be considered an asset.
- Demonstrated ability in taking on numerous responsibilities while meeting deadlines.
- Previous experience with CI/TY, Delphi or other sales & catering systems, is an asset.
- Ability to take initiative and find creative ways to respond to client requests.
- Must be a positive, service-oriented team player.
- Fluent (written & oral) in English.
- Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
