**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist dispatchers in scheduling
- Monitor driver locations and communicate updates as needed
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and customer interactions
- Input data into dispatch software and update job statuses in real-time
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues promptly
- Communicate changes or delays to customers and drivers
- Support the dispatch team with administrative tasks and reporting

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $17.75-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-09-01
