Inside Sales Leader
- Oversee and manage timeframes for on-schedule delivery of new products and services.
- Work to plan and implement a short-, mid
- and long-term strategy in line with other company objectives.
- Meet with owners and other executives to assess the direction of the company’s best practices (EASA Certification, PEV etc.) and to ensure it is in line with the company’s stated mission and government regulations.
- Encourage team development, act as a visionary and provide leadership for the company to achieve its schedules, costs and reporting standards.
- **Compensation**: Commensurate with experience.

Pay: $55,432.00-$65,014.00 per year
