The Insights Consultant reports to the Sector Lead, Insights Consulting, and is responsible for managing day-to-day customer relationships for a subset of smaller customers within a specific sector. They address customer needs, present report findings, make recommendations, and serve as a trusted point of contact. This role coordinates and executes on tasks delegated by Senior Insights Consultants and Sector leads to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Works collaboratively with internal teams to ensure high quality products are delivered to customers
- Contributes to the quality control of reporting
- Helps to coordinate and project. manage collaboration with the delivery organization and commercial teams
- Plays a key role in responding to time-sensitive questions/queries related to the client program and maintains proactive communication with the client between service reviews
- Supports client communications during account and project ramp-up, including taking necessary briefs and appropriate client training
- Helps prepare for client presentations by supporting scripting on findings and recommendations

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education.
- 1-2 years of Insights Consultant or similar type of experience in the Public Relations & Communications space
