**Job Overview**: We're on the hunt for a passionate and customer-focused In-House Sales Specialist with experience in the toy industry who will specialize in serving specialty toy stores, shops, and drug stores. This role is all about connecting with our retail partners who share our love for bringing happiness to kids.

As the In-House Sales Specialist, you'll be the friendly face who builds and maintains strong relationships with specialty toy stores, shops, and drug stores. You'll collaborate with our internal teams to ensure our products reach our retail partners smoothly and on time, tailored to their unique needs. Your expertise will play a key role in hitting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of our business in these specialized markets.

**Key Responsibilities**: Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Being the go-to person for all things related to our specialty toy store, shop, and drug store partners.
- Creating and nurturing lasting connections with our retail clients in these unique markets.
- Making sure each step of the transaction process is seamless, guaranteeing that our products are delivered successfully and on time.
- Keeping an eye on key account metrics, like monthly, quarterly, and annual sales.
- Setting and tracking sales targets specific to specialty toy stores, shops, and drug stores.
- Reporting on the status of accounts and transactions.
- Finding solutions to any issues and conflicts, always with our retail partners' best interests in mind.
- Sharing ideas to boost our sales performance and uncover opportunities for growth.

**Key Technical Knowledge and Skills Requirements**:

- Experience in the **toy industry** is an absolute **REQUIREMENT**.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written), bilingualism is an asset.
- A Diploma of Vocational Studies or equivalent in sales, marketing, or related fields.
- A proven track record of success in sales.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to offer tailored business solutions for specialty toy stores, shops, and drug stores.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and databases.
- Experience in category management and strong analytical skills.
- Proven work experience as a sales representative, especially in specialty markets.
- A strong business sense coupled with a knack for creative problem-solving.
