**Job Description**:

- Permanent part-time position; 16 hours per week
- Saturday and Sunday from midnight to 8 AM

Here is an overview of your tasks:

- Play a proactive role in identifying, tracking and reporting potential security risks;
- Conduct exterior and interior facility patrols;
- Monitor intrusion and fire alarms;
- Respond to emergencies;
- Ensure that occupational health and safety policies and procedures are followed to promote a prevention culture;
- Report all potentially hazardous situations to the Chief of Safety;
- Resolve conflict situations in collaboration with managers;
- When required, control the arrival and departure of visitors, suppliers and other persons;
- Write event reports to document incidents and record evidence;
- Conduct surveillance of the premises using security cameras;
- Communicate any suspicious behavior or concerns to the Chief of Security;
- Occasionally, you may be required to work at Techo-Bloc’s facility located in St-Hubert located a few minutes from Chambly;
- Perform any other related tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 months of security experience;
- Valid First Aid certification in the workplace;
- Valid driver's license - no more than 3 demerit points;
- Excellent analytical and judgmental skills;
- Crisis management and problem solving skills;
- Good observation skills and self-control;
- Team player;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Bilingualism (an asset) - Due to frequent communication with clients in Quebec, Ontario and the United States;
- Valid BSP license an asset (Otherwise Techo-Bloc will support you with your renewal fees).
