**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise and support clinical staff in providing exceptional patient care to children.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant medical terminology and documentation standards.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of data related to patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) for all patients, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to regulations.
- Provide training and mentorship to staff on best practices in patient care and special education techniques.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of clinical staff, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between families, healthcare providers, and community resources to support patient needs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working with children in a clinical or educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of special education principles and practices is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic medical records systems is essential.
- Excellent data collection skills with the ability to analyze information for quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with families and healthcare professionals.
- A degree in a relevant field such as nursing, social work, or psychology is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children while leading a dedicated team of professionals in a supportive environment.

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
