Kingston, Canada Limestone Property Management Full time

We have a position available with our 'Maintenance Pros' Division. This division supports our property management team by providing general repairs and maintenance to our properties at Limestone Property Management. We are looking for an individual that will oversee projects in our Maintenance Division. This would include quoting jobs, coordinating, scheduling, and organizing materials for small to larger jobs, working closely with Clients and our Property Managers, reviewing labour and material costs, submitting paperwork, and more.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop strong client relationships and act as the client’s point of contact throughout the project
- Lead client and project meetings
- Preparing quotes
- Coordinating material and labour for projects
- Tracking expenses for projects
- Submitting paperwork for billing

**Required skills**:

- Maintenance and Construction experience is an asset
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create budgets and project timelines
- Hold a valid 'G' driver’s license
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook)

**Desired work experience includes**:

- 5+ years Project Management Experience
- Experience in the maintenance field, construction, or related field is considered an asset
- Experience in building maintenance, preferably in a residential/tenant environment or commercial is considered an asset
- Experience in management positions and overseeing staff is a plus

**Education**:

- Secondary school diploma
- Project Management Professional designation (PMP) is considered an asset
- Any Contruction related designation is considered an asset
- Property Management designation is considered an asset

This position will require you to be able to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring organizational skills are a priority.

The salary level will be based on experience and skill.
