**What you will do**:

- Using industrial woodworking equipment to mill lumber into neck and body guitar components.
- Precise joinery and glueing together of neck and body components
- Neck carve and final sanding of guitars before instruments move into the finishing department.
- Fretboard levelling and fretting.
- Maintaining the highest standard of quality for the woodworking and sanding process.
- Maintaining an organized, clean, and safe workspace
- Participating in continuous improvement projects in the shop.
- Meeting production deadlines and managing responsibilities in a timely manner.
- Developing fixturing and templates to improve efficiency.
- Cross training in other departments, including finish sanding, paint, polish, and operating of CNC.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Woodworking or guitar building experience required.
- Previous experience in instrument manufacturing is an asset.
- Excellent hand-skills, high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with industrial woodworking equipment.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks and a physical workload.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Ability to adapt to changes and shifting priorities.
- Openness to learn and take accountability.
- Contribute towards a positive, supportive and responsible workplace.
