**Responsibilities**:
The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for the Wireless Service Desk which will involve executing requests, troubleshooting account issues and providing customer service to Bragg Communication employees with device, billing and other wireless account inquiries. Accountable for inventory management of the “internal” SF warehouse, the Supply Chain Coordinator will ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained and will complete inventory and service desk activity reporting. The Supply Chain Coordinator will also participate in project work such as account clean up and validation in preparation for upcoming system migrations, assisting with product testing and validation and will complete other projects as required.
