Nous sommes propriétaire d’un parc immobilier résidentiel de plus de 400 unités locatives, agissant aussi comme gestionnaire immobilier.

**SOMMAIRE DU POSTE**

Nous recherchons quelqu’un pour se joindre à notre équipe de maintenance. Le poste consiste uniquement à faires des réparations et rénovation. Il n’y a pas de travaux administratifs à faire.

**TACHES PRINCIPALES**
- **Plâtre**:

- **Peinture**:

- **Plomberie mineure**: remplacer évier, robinets, cartouches de robinet, toilettes, déblocages, etc.
- **Électricité mineure**: installer des fixtures, remplacer des vieilles prises, détecteurs de fumée, etc.
- **Rénovations de logement**: cuisine, plancher, salle de bain
- **Réparations de logement**: portes de cuisine, portes de garde de robe, etc.
- **Finition intérieure**: moulures, cadrages, comptoirs de cuisine, céramique, tablettes de garde-robe et pôles, portes et quincaillerie, serrurerie, etc.
- **Enveloppe du bâtiment**: scellant et calfeutrage

**EXIGENCES DU POSTE**
- 2 ans d'expérience
- Une bonne communication et courtoisie avec les locataire
- Voiture et permis de conduire valide
- Concierge résident
- Communications en français et en anglais requis

**SALAIRE**
- 20-23$ l’heure
- Kilométrage payé
- Congé payé

We are owners of over 400 rental apartment units, working also as the property manager of the properties.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for a handyman/janitor to join our maintenance staff and assist in doing renovations and repairs. The job does not consist of any administrative work.

**MAIN TASK**
- **Plastering**
- **Painting**
- **Minor plumbing**: replace sink, water taps, toilettes, unclog pipes, etc.
- **Minor electricity**: install light fixtures, replace old electrical plugs, smoke detectors, etc.
- **Renovation of apartments**: kitchen, flooring, bathroom
- **General apartment repairs**: cabinet doors, closets, etc.
- **Interior finishing**: molding, framing, kitchen counters, ceramic, etc.
- **Exterior work**: caulking, etc.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 2 years of experience
- Good and friendly communication with tenants
- Car and valid driver license
- Janitor living in the building
- Can communicate in French, English a bonus

**SALARY**
- $20-23 an hour
- Car travel kilometers paid
- Paid vacation

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
