Who we're looking for:
As the AI / IT Transformation Communications Coordinator, you’ll shape how employees experience IT and AI internally and across the organization. You’ll own communications and engagement efforts that build clarity, confidence, and momentum, whether through campaigns, events, digital channels, or leadership forums.
What you'll do
: Strategic Communications & Storytelling
- Develop and deliver clear, engaging communications that support IT operations and AI transformation initiatives.
- Translate complex technical and AI concepts into relatable, easy-to-understand narratives for diverse audiences.
- Produce newsletters, storytelling assets, leadership updates, video spotlights, and campaign content.
- Maintain consistent tone, messaging, and cadence across intranet, Viva, Teams, and other enterprise channels. Engagement, Community & Events
- Design and lead interactive engagement campaigns (Viva Engage, AMAs, forums, challenges, roadshows).
- Build community and momentum through peoplefocused initiatives such as microevents, recognition programs, and AMA’s.
- Coordinate internal events endtoend and serve as a central intake for partner events and communications. Alignment, Readiness & Enablement
- Partner with L&D and EndUser Services to align communications with training, enablement, and service readiness.
- Support frontline and employee understanding by reinforcing “what’s changing” and “what this means for me.”
- Maintain and manage the IT & AI communications calendar to ensure timely, coordinated updates. AI Engagement, Trust & Governance
- Support enterprise AI communications, including awareness, adoption, and responsible AI messaging.
- Manage AI-focused channels and campaigns that demystify AI and foster trust.
- Support governance, risk, and ethics communications in partnership with AI leadership and committees. Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Track engagement metrics, sentiment, and feedback to improve communications effectiveness.
- Run surveys, listening sessions, and feedback loops to inform future campaigns and onboarding experiences. Visual & Creative Design
- Create or coordinate visual assets and creative materials that elevate storytelling and engagement. Ad Hoc & Emerging Priorities
- Provide flexible communications support for emerging IT and AI initiatives.
- Represent Technology Communications in Town Halls, AMAs, and crossfunctional forums. What you bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, change enablement, or technology adoption.
- Strong storytelling and writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Experience managing multichannel communications and engagement campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
- Familiarity with enterprise collaboration tools (Microsoft Viva, Teams, SharePoint). Nice to Have
