- **Responsibilities**_:_
- Identify and forge partnerships with property owners, real estate agencies, and stakeholders in Montreal to amplify the presence of the Guestilo brand.
- Strategize and implement plans to acquire, manage, and upkeep short-term rental properties within Montreal's market.
- Collaborate internally to ensure seamless property onboarding, management, and stringent quality control measures.
- Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer demands to steer business growth and revenue optimization.
- Foster enduring relationships with partners and clients, delivering top-notch customer service and comprehensive support.
- **Requirements**:_
- Demonstrated expertise in business development, partnership management, or real estate, preferably within the hospitality or short-term rental sector.
- Profound knowledge of Montreal's real estate landscape, including its trends and regulatory nuances.
- Tech proficiency encompassing property management software and cutting-edge tools.

**Salary**: $32,479.25-$50,000.00 per year
