**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and maintain document management systems
- Transcribe dictations and prepare accurate written records
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working as a real estate law clerk or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
