We're looking for a versatile Systems Integration and Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Technical Support**:

- **Product Assembly & Configuration**: Construct, configure, and test products ensuring they meet our high-performance standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage stock, consumables, and tools, ensuring readiness for sales and deployment.
- **Procurement**: Manage purchase orders, source suppliers, and negotiate terms to facilitate cost-effective procurement.
- **Team Coordination**: Work collaboratively with a small team of technicians to achieve company goals.

**Security and Ethics in Client Interactions**:

- Adhere strictly to security protocols when remotely connecting to or accessing clients' PCs.
- Maintain high ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client data during all support activities.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Experience**:A minimum of 3 years in technical support**, systems integration, or a related technical field.

**Technical Skills**:

- **Hardware Proficiency**: Expert use of hand tools (screwdrivers, wire strippers) and power tools (drills, saws, rotary tools), multimeters, and soldering irons.
- **Software Configuration**: Experience with software setup on Windows environments, including SQL, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Network Security, and Server/Client configurations.
- **Network Knowledge**: Understanding of both wired and wireless network configurations, including local and wide area networks, with familiarity with Azure IoT being a plus.
- **Additional Assets**: Experience with Linux or programming languages is valuable but not mandatory.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written skills for customer interaction and documentation.
- **Problem-Solving**: Aptitude for diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- **Team Player**: Ability to coordinate with and lead a small team effectively.

**Additional Requirements**:
Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs for equipment handling.
