**Your Skills**:

- Have a valid forklift operator's license.
- Possess 5 years or more of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Be fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
- Possess good organizational skills.
- Have a basic understanding of computer systems (Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems).
- Be familiar with Lean and Kanban methods.
- Have good physical capacity and be able to lift a load of at least 50 pounds (22 kilograms).
- Be a team player and have a collaborative mindset.
- Adhere to work methods and procedures.
- Follow rules and safety procedures required by the company.
- Demonstrate punctuality and autonomy.

What does a Logistics Team Leader do at Transit...?
- Assisting the supervisor in managing and organizing employee work by assigning priority tasks and adjusting to the needs of production lines.
- Ensuring the flow and execution of the production line supply operations while meeting the deadlines.
- Receiving raw materials in the ERP system and ensuring proper storage of products in the dedicated locations.
- Contributing to the efficient organization of the warehouses to maximize space.
- Ensuring regular inspections of forklifts and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Ensuring the accuracy of critical product inventories on a regular basis to ensure smooth operations.
- Being able to provide assistance and support as needed to each work position.
- Participating in various continuous improvement projects.
