Job Brief
We are seeking a dedicated Account Coordinator to assist customers in resolving queries, related to our products and services.
As an Account Coordinator, your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, including purchase order acknowledgements, recommending appropriate solutions for any past due or expedite orders, shortages, returns, and other special requests. Strong communication skills are key to building trust with our clients, and familiarity with cloud-based software is essential for success in this role.
Ultimately, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our reputation by delivering excellent support throughout the sales and after-sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and provide guidance on using specific requests;
- Maintain and update internal databases with technical issues and customer interactions;
- Monitor and address customer complaints on our internal cloud base system, offering assistance where needed;
- Share customer feedback, feature requests, and potential solutions with team members as well as performing communications with our Asia team;
- Follow up with customers to ensure technical problems are fully resolved;
- Collect customer feedback and relay it to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams;
- Assist with the training of junior Customer Support team members.
Skills and Requirements
- Previous experience as an Account Coordinator or in a similar role;
- Knowledge of work performed in manufacturing industry is an advantage;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and their functionality;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to multitask effectively;
- Work in flexible working hours, possibility to work across different time zones;
- Travel to the USA will be required;
- Patience and resilience in managing challenging situations.
Pay: $24.00-$39.00 per hour
