and caring assistants who enjoy being surrounded by doggies all day long, the right people who
want to help us innovate the pet industry with an out-of-the-box spirit.
DUTIES INCLUDE

Animal Care
- Check that dogs in Condominiums and Suites

have all that they need (clean rooms, appropriate
bedding, full water bowls, etc.)
- Follow instructions on DV Back of the House (BOH) forms to prepare and feed meals,

medicate dogs and prepare rooms for overnight stays.
- Take out dogs for pipi breaks.
- Supervise playgroups and introduce new dogs to each of the groups.
- Continually assess and evaluate dog behaviors for taking appropriate actions.

Daily Operations
- Walk the tour route daily to make sure everything looks perfect.
- Ensure the outside and indoor parks are kept clean (poop and trash)
- Sweep & mop floors, change mop buckets, empty all trash cans, restock cleaning

stations, laundry, dishes cleaning,
- Ensure that BOH forms were properly recorded by Front of the house (FOH) staff and

complete daily information about boarding and daycare guests.
- Correctly fill in shift’s checklist.
- Keep constant communication with FOH staff.

Client Relations
- Ensure clients have a “fun and happy experience” each time they enter DOGGIEVILLE by

providing exceptional customer service. Build long-lasting relationships with them.
- Provide pet parents feedback when needed. Help guide them towards making the best

decisions for their pet.

Other Duties
- Marketing support: the creation of Insta stories on our social media pages, take pictures and

videos of our boarding and daycare guests.
- Provide information about guests to FOH staff for reports creation.
- Notify GM when BOH supplies run low in a timely manner.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE
- Outstanding organization and planning skills.
- Detail-oriented and multitask.
- Proactive behavior.
- Good decision and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Previous experience in animal care and knowledge about dogs’ behavior will be

considered a plus.
- Availability to work early or late shifts including weekends and on holidays.
