Health Club Wellness Clinic is a modern and elegant multidisciplinary rehab clinic located conveniently at the intersection of Allen Rd (Dufferin St) and Sheppard Ave W with ample free parking for employees / clients. The clinic has 6 treatment rooms and is situated directly across from the TTC Sheppard West Station.

Our clinic is very busy and we are looking for a part-time, contract **Manual Osteopath** to work at least 2 shifts per week. We offer commission split of our competitive rates, which includes Full Front Desk Reception, Supplies, Hydraulic Tables, Digital SOAP notes and Online Booking.

We are looking for someone who likes working in a multidisciplinary team and is passionate about the health and wellness of the community.

**We are seeking a provider who is**:

- Interested in establishing a stable patient base
- Interested in collaborating with and referring to other medical professionals to improve patient care
- Open to collaborating with our Marketing team to help raise awareness around the benefits of Osteopathy

**Required Competencies**:

- Registered and in good standing with Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners
- Proof of requisite insurance to practice.
- Effectively understands the client’s symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals
- Develop and communicate personalized treatment plans with each client
- Accurately document the client’s condition and progress
- Build strong rapport with clients from a variety of backgrounds through strong communication
- Follow clinic business processes and workflows
- Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Focused on the growth and development of the team as a whole
- Experienced in active and passive therapy using various modalities (Shockwave, Laser, etc...)
- Experience in Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) field is an asset
