**Job Summary**

The Osteopathy Practitioner will be a part of the Lambton wellness team. They will provide holistic patient care, utilizing osteopathic principles to diagnose and treat members and documenting members progress, while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on osteopathic principles.
- Perform osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) to alleviate pain and improve function.
- Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including treatment plans and progress notes.
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the treatment area and throughout the facility.
- Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, chiropractors, and personal trainers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

**Requirements**:

- Degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as an Osteopath.
- Be a member of OSTCAN association.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Open to sharing expertise and learning new skills
- At least 2 years’ experience
- Proof of valid liability/malpractice insurance
- References

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $70.00-$100.00 per hour
