Our Service Technicians are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining agricultural and turf equipment. **Responsibilities**:

- Inspection, diagnosis, repair, and service of agricultural equipment with a commitment to customer support and pride in workmanship
- Use specialized tools, cutting edge technology, and innovative solutions to diagnose and complete complex repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance based on manufacturer schedule/standards
- Maintain current knowledge of John Deere agriculture products
- Participate in John Deere University, and dealer-led training to further develop skills and technical capabilities

**Requirements**:

- The ability to use diagnostic tools and basic computer functions
- 3+ years of experience performing complex service repairs and maintenance
- Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products are a definite asset
